Huge shout out to these girls! They competed at regional academic UIL in Computer Apps today. Melanie McArthur placed 1st and Abby Rivers 5th. Melanie is going to State! We are proud of you! It's a great day to be a Yellowhammer!

We have had the opportunity to participate in the Egg to Chick program the past few weeks. Students and teachers have been watching and checking on them often this week. Yesterday we saw and heard progress... Got to school this morning and we have FIVE new chicks. As of 11:30 we are up to 8. There are a ton of "proud parents " at Rotan Elementary today! Thank you to Nick Dickson for educating our students.

We are having a movie day for all students tomorrow morning to reward them for all of their hard work! Candy, popcorn and drinks are available for purchase. Proceeds go to support our OAP program.
