Due to low numbers we will be combining all grades for basketball camp. The new time will be 9:00-11:00 for grades 1st-6th .

Rotan cheer squads had a successful week at camp at Texas Tech University. Both squads received superior ratings during daily evaluations and Jr. High also earned 4th place in the JH division for their camp routine. Also, Cali Daniel, Alexus Stephens, and Emery McWilliams were named to the All American Cheer squad! Congratulations to 2 great groups of girls!

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to Coach Larry Reid for being inducted to the 6-man Coaches Hall of Fame. Rotan ISD was blessed with his coaching, teaching, example and leadership for 10 years. We are so proud to call him a Yellowhammer!

Congratulations! 2025 All District honors for Baseball

Attention Parents and Students: New Texas Law Prohibits Cell Phones in Schools for Students - House Bill 1481 prohibits students from bringing personal communication devices into an academic setting while at school. This includes cell phones, smart watches, non-school issued laptops/tables and wireless earbuds/headphones. This law applies to all public schools across the state, including Rotan ISD. Parents, please begin discussing this new law with your child, to help prepare them for the 2025-26 school year. Rotan ISD will send out more updates as we get closer to the first day of school on Aug. 12th. Thank you for your support!

Coach Pops retired from coaching and teaching after 35 years yesterday. We are so happy to have been blessed with him the last few years of his career! Happy retirement Coach!
